Our Team
As Director Cyber for GDAK, Kirsty is passionate about developing cyber maturity and resilience for all organisations. Kirsty champions the idea that the key to holistic cyber resilience starts with organisational culture and with individuals’ ability to implement better personal and organisational practices.
CISSP and CISM certified, Kirsty has been a leader within cyber security and intelligence operations in the defence, government, and private sectors for over 17 years. Kirsty has delivered cyber operations, protected military networks, and led a corporate security operations centre delivering cyber protection as a managed service for government agencies. More recently she has been a transformational leader within a cyber operational change programme, using her experience and mentorship to ensure positive cultural change.
In her spare time, she continues to support the Royal Navy as a cyber reserve, she is an avid grow your own gardener and enjoys time down at the allotment with her children. Kirsty also enjoys woodworking using reclaimed timber for projects around the house and garden.
